Pillarhouse International at Tek Day 2023

Pillarhouse International will be represented at Tek Day 2023, via our official agent Karol Sowa of Sowa Electronics, at Stand 03 of the Tarczynski Arena, Wroclaw, Poland on the 30th of March 2023.

For over 40 years, Pillarhouse International has been designing and manufacturing specialist soldering equipment for the electronics industries, offering an extensive range of selective soldering solutions from low cost, flexible, standalone bench top entry level systems through to advanced, high speed integrated in-line production cells.

Sowa Electronics works in cooperation with many suppliers and trading partners, to provide specialised technological solutions for a wide range of customers looking to complete projects in the fields of assembly, inspection, testing, depaneling, storage and packaging of widely used electronics.

Having completed implementations for micro-companies, global corporations and various state institutions within the European Union, Sowa Electronics handles process topics related to the mass production of consumer electronics, as well as low-volume production for aviation and/or defence.

At Tek Day 2023, Sowa Electronics will be exhibiting the Jade MKII – our most successful machine selling over 1,200 units globally to date. The Jade MKII is a single point selective soldering system designed to meet the needs of the small/medium batch manufacturer who requires high levels of production flexibility, offering uncompromised selective soldering quality at a very low cost.

Tek Day is a one-day event, dedicated to professionals associated with the design and production of electronics equipment. The show combines a table-top fair, several lectures, and other accompanying events. With over 120 stands, Tek Day brings together distributors of electric components, machines used in the PCBA process, EMS, and other companies whose services you may need for designing and manufacturing electronics. This show allows you to refresh relationships and make new ones within the industry.

Karol Sowa will also be presenting a lecture entitled ‘Selective Wave Soldering – Everything You Need to Know About the Process’ from 11:55AM-12:25PM local time. This presentation will review the available Pillarhouse technologies for fluxing, pre-heating, and soldering, as well as assess the pros and cons of the selective wave soldering process and showcase Pillarhouse’s range of selective soldering systems and specialist applications.
