Flux Density Controller

The Flux Density Controller has been designed to ensure and maintain consistent fluxing results by accurately controlling flux density.

Variable flux density is known to be a major cause of inconsistent soldering. Flux with too much thinners can be too dilute to be effective and can be burnt off before it has had a chance to work. Using not enough thinners is expensive and causes problems with fumes and component contamination.

Manually adding flux and thinners directly to a flux bath can be time consuming and messy as well as giving inconsistent results. The flux density may start off correct, but after a short while the thinners content has dropped and the density varies.

The FDC overcomes these problems to give total control of flux quality at all times.
